Shared Engineering Services, which does technical documentation and
courseware, has updated the VAX Document doctypes for SPDs so that the
DIGITAL logo is in the top, center as required by Digital's Brand
Identity program.

The doctypes have been installed on the nodes used by members of SES and the
pointers will be added to VTX IR in the near future.  In the meantime, for the
benefit of people outside SES who write SPDs, here are the instructions for
installing the doctypes.


INSTRUCTIONS    The VAX Document doctypes for SPDs must be copied to
FOR SPD         DOC$STANDARD_FORMATS by a system manager or person with write
VAX Document    privileges to that directory on a particular system. Here
DOCTYPE		are the pointers.
