Hi,

I need some HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!

Currently I'm doing an MBA and have a subject: Organizational Behaviour and 
Design. I have to prepare a case and I want to write about the 
transition/restructuring of Digital Equipment Corp. - what, why and how has 
happened in the last two/three years.

If anyone can help me providing info about it and/or giving pointer(s) to certain
places where I can pick up info - it would be a great help.

The first and most important question is: what was the matrix organization look 
like in the time of Ken Olsen? (I joined Digital in 1992. oct ...)

	Sounds like Lesley College ... I'd check their library in Cambridge. I'd guess there are dozens of reports on that subject submitted as theses/projects during the last several years. Use them and their sources as your starting point. Pete
