| The Pacific Rim is a big place ... could you be more
specific?
The Eastern Pacrim (from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego) is part of the
Americas.
The Northwest is part of Europe (Russia).
From Korea to Australia/New Zealand is part of Asia Pacific.
As far as I know, we don't have a subsidiary in Antarctica, and MCS
service there is pretty poor response time :-)

Not at all Pat. On-site service is a little slow but the Sydney CSC
has received and responded to Unix calls from Antartica. One was even
on Christmas Day!
