| YES, Outsourcing Management Services (OMS-now a part of MCS) should be
able to help you. From my experience supporting OMS in Canada,
depending on what exact service is being provided, the BU getting the
credit/lead may be traditional MCS instead.
Not sure where you are, but try contacting your local (internal) help
desk adn they may be able to re-direct your call.

| You can start with Mike Esdaile. I worked with Mike on an outsourcing deal
which includes Help Desk support. I believe Mike works out of the command
center in Colorado and is in MCS' Help Desk line of business.
