| I'm on the road in the AYO plant this week, and I see
photos/posters/whatever all around the plant with "FastJIT" on them..
I have no idea who here is doing what with it, though..

The MCS VOC (Voice Of the Customer) program that started in '91 is
partially based on KAIZEN principles. The MCS VOC project runs in most
European countries, Japan, Thailand and Israel. Anybody who needs more
detailed information please send mail. The reply will be the program
overview recently made by Jacques Vaisy.

No, but I promise to put in for it real soon! I am in GPS and we are also just
beginning a Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) process. We are the folks who run
the data centers, telephones, etc. (Here come the comments . . . :*) ).
We will be in "production" in January with plans for multiple teams running
per week within a few months.
Looking forward to networking with others in the company doing like work.
