    I received a call from a customer who had found some discarded
    entry forms for a contest with a prize of $500 worth of Windows
    95 Software.
    
    He said the entry form had Digital written all over it. The return
    address was P.O. Box 3074 New York, NY.
    
    Does anyone have any details or a contact person I can give to this
    person?
