I am Managing a project for providing voice-telecoms capabilities for
the MCS Service Delivery organisation in Europe.
For building the design, we need an Operations Requirements and an
Operations Design document - describing how to monitor, control and
modify a network of PABX/ACDs connected to a common backbone, acting as
an integrated, networked, Europe wide call handling service.
The consultant working on this has left Digital.
We have a budget to pay for this work, but cannot find the required
expert. Can you help me: could you do the work or do you know a person
or an organisation who can.
