| NekoTech is a part of Inventory Conversion, Inc., in New Hampshire at
the number given. The CEO is Donald Francoeur. NekoTech itself used
to be in Irvine, Calif., headed by Alpha entrepreneur Bruce Faust.
Faust left NekoTech following management differences with the parent
company and now consults for various Alpha system vendors. I don't
know if there is still a NekoTech presence in Irvine.

| I talk to Nekotech folks every day. These days they buy the 21064
-275MHz boards from E&RT group. These boards are designed by Digital
Semiconductor and sold by OEM technology group. I don't believe
Nekotech designs their own board any more. Also another division of
their company is called INCO ( inventory Conversion Inc ). This side of
the business is nothing but High Tech scarp junk yard. They buy the
excess inventory of various computer vendors at auction etc and salvage
the parts. From what I have seen he is in a good business, considering the
fact some of our executives were over optimistic and bulit millions of
$$$$ worth of excess inventory of several products such as Full motion
video, 21066-166MHZ Multia, Noname boards, Note books PCs etc etc. He
buys from all computer vendors and from what I have learned, every company
dumps their excess inventory through companies like this.
