I'm writing to ask a question for a friend who took the serp package awhile back only to come back into the workfield as a temp.... she collected social security for a short time and then had it stopped... somehow through the course of her working full time as a temp, the social security people said they paid 4,000 to her which she never received... now she's filing her tax return and wants to find out how to straighten this all out... is this social security figured into her filing for the 1995? Who can she talk to regarding straightening out the problem regarding monies she never got..... can anyone out there point her in the right direction? thanks

The Social Security Administration and the IRS would be a start. She might need also to consult a tax lawyer. I don't see that this involves Digital at all. Steve | |||||
