For those of us who didn't know Sally, please tell us a bit about her.

Even tho I did not physically work with Sally, I had many opportunities to
contact her to obtain purchase spec information being worked on in her
group. I learned mid-year last year that she had breast cancer (I don't
know how long ago she found out about it). We talked about the cancer since
I had gone thru what she was at the time. To know someone who has gone thru
the surgery and emotions that go along with having a mastectomy is comforting.

Sally made 3 contributions in DIGITAL notes. 351.11, 351.12, and 1134.12.
She always seemed to be helping people, notes 351.11 was evidence of that.
And was most helpful to me concerning component engineering issues from her
site. Digital has lost yet another conscientious employee. I'm saddened by
our loss.

I worked with Sally in Heads Eng. in Shrewsbury, she was a very
dedicated employee. She like to go on long bicycling tours. I too will
    miss her very much.
