Can someone give me a pointer to any discussion regarding the class action suit pending against Digital by those who bought optional life insurance under the old John Hancock plan, but who didn't get a share of the distribution from the Claim Stabilization Reserve because they didn't participate in the new plan? I am trying to figure this thing out. Thanks.

I never did see it published here. I only saw it in the South Middlesex
News a few weeks ago. If you or anyone you know would be in this
category, you should have recevied a form to fill out already, I know a
couple of people who have received them already. There was an 800 # to
call in case you think you should be one of the people involved, but
didn't receive anything by Feb. 1st., but I can't remember the #.
