    I am looking for a PC package to handle:
    
    Parts inventory
    Orders placed
    Orders pending
    Partial orders Pending
    Loan items 
    Parts owed by Badge/code/name
    
    Or a VMS based system for our subsiduary in South Africa.
    
    Or as this is really urgent, a pointer to somewhere else.
    
    I have seen a couple of tools and our immediate needs are something
    until the larger "Official Digital" way will be implemented.

	you may wish to contact directly by phone the Manufacturing Expertise Centre to get quick advice. ie. Munich for Europe (don't know now whose running it). In the UK it's John Goodwin for the Manufacturing Centre (he would know for Europe), or of course the equivilent USA one. Local availability is likely to be a prime issue. regards,
