    A Business Manager in the Networks Group is Japan, Takemura-san is
    searching for 2 units of Part Number, CISCE-AA, this is a 
    CI Cluster Star Coupler. This request is for one of Japan Territory major
    accounts, Japan Telecon. The part, CISCE-AA is an obsolete part, this
    is recognized by Japan, however old or used product will be acceptable,
    part must be functional. Somehow, someway we must satisfy our customers
    request, this is an urgent situation.

	The CISCE is a CI Star Coupler Extender and has been discontinued. The reason it was discontinued is that OpenVMS now supports multiple CI adapters which is a much better solution. I believe that this issue was discussed at length in the CLUSTERS notes conference. I will contact the author of .0 offline. Joe Bowker (Cluster Support, Multivendor Systems Engineering)
