Node ANCHOR no longer has an up-to-date copy of EASYNOTES.LIS. Node HUMANE has
the master copy but there are other sites around the network that have copies
too. Please see note 2.2 in TURRIS::EASYNOTES_CONFERENCES.

explanation - if it had been me, I would have just returned the
note to the author and deleted it from the conference.
