    Here's a simple question...
    
    Is the EDCF (Employee Data Change Form) available as on
    online service (like in VTX), or do we still have to fill 
    out the hardcopy form and Interoffice mail it back east?

	Call up the People Support Network instead. That's what I've done the last three times I needed to change information and they've always been efficient and friendly about it. DTN 521-4080 (1-800-544-9944 outside of Digital) and keep pressing buttons until you talk to someone live.
