I call them everyday.... We're advertising 1-800-DIGITAL which IS
DecDirect.... Are we revamping out advertising to change the 800#?

| DECdirect still exists, though who knows if it will be undergoing a name
change to be "Digital Direct" or something even less euphonious.

JP, you are on the wrong side of the pond, so I can't be definitive
for you, but over here on the right side, DECdirect (for which I worked
in Pre-Sales Tech. Support) ceased to exist at the end of September. I
was strongly under the impression that this was a world wide thing,
since everything is going over to Partners, Resellers, VARs and Uncle
Tom Cobbly and all!
"Our" 0800 number continues to exist, but it isn't DECdirect!

Yep... The new name is Customer Order Management Center (I believe)...
but in essence, it's still DecDirect....
