3503.0. "URGENT PATHWORKS/ULTRIX HELP" by POBOX::HOLLAND (The happiness of pursuit) Thu Nov 10 1994 14:01

    URGENT**********

We are looking for immediate help for a customer in Indy. We have to
find a GURU on Pathworks / Ultrix to fix / tune the customers system.

They are ready to PAY (had to say that since most of the time it's
    urgent/critical but no payment).

Please call Skip Lasher dtn 474-7399 for details.
Any help that you can provide will be appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Dave Holland

I am curious if the customer is Methodist Hospital of Indiana. Steve
Woodward at DTN 471 5158 has the Pathworks expertise. If it is
Methodist, I would escalate it up your management line, this is
a large customer sat issue. The systems/services were purchased
through Future Now through IE to us. We need to get the channel
that sold it very involved too.

I am at DTN 471 5116 and have been working Customer Sat issues
    there.

No the customer is NOT Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. The customer
is MUCH BIGGER potatoes, probably with 10 times as many Pathworks connects
as Methodist Hospital, very likely rating in the top 5 worldwide of
Pathworks/ULTRIX licenses. This is a serious customer sat issue, requiring
extremely detailed configuring and sizing of ULTRIX Pathworks servers.
