Hi, Would anyone mind letting me know what the official Tool is for generating RSL's (Required Spares Listings) My needs are for an automated system (Unlike TIMA where you manually have to do the search. Eg A system where I could enter a specific Variant of a model and receive the RSL. Unfortunately TIMA only will give a parts breakdown for a major model - Or am I missing something. Is there a cost invovled? Thanks very much Ivan Harris@JHB

Ivan, I though I mentioned SCOOP to you last week. SCOOP also BOM's out new product as it is detected in the database. The BOM's are formatted with the RSL items identified from the other non-RSL items. We vet the RSL's as SCOOP picks them out, which means pick out the RSL items, and mail the RSL's to logistics planning for ordering and enabling in the local logistics menu. Steve Phelps. | |||||
