    I have a customer who would like to become a "licensed Digital software
    resellor."   I believe that is the correct term.    Anyway he has 
    a customer base of roughly 5000 customer who he will shipping product
    to.    To streamline the process the customer would like to ship
    DECforms run time along with a license.  
    
    WHO in Digital deals with this type of request?    
    
    			Any pointers or names would helps!
