    I am trying to find the original memo on poison pill which Digital
    Management issued to Investors in DEC shares on October 8th or 9th 1991.
    This memo gave explaination of how the additional share can be evoked
    if any company tries to takeover Digital, and also who will be entitled
    for this extra shares. Any help on the is matter will be highly
    appreciated. Digital notes #1628 does describe poison pill but did not
    post the original memo.
