I believe that for today, June 23rd, 1994, as of 16:15 EDT, the number of
resigning VP's is leading the number of newly hired VP's, so we should be
getting smaller.

Ziff (PC Week, PC Magazine, et al) is looking for a buyer. Seems the
young Ziffs aren't interested in running a publishing business.

3199.6 | He worked here before???? | MSDOA::SCRIVEN | | Fri Jun 24 1994 09:43 | 12 |
| OK... I'm confused (not surprised...)
Mr. Prokopis was executive VP of Ziff, previously, VP of Budgeting at
Digital....
Does this mean he worked here before, left and went to Ziff and is now
back?
If so, why/when did he leave.....???
Toodles.....JP

Didn't he rise to prominence during the NMS (New Management System) era and
disappear when that fell by the wayside?

This is where Palmer came from and probably the reason this guy is

| Kam,
You may remember me, I was part of the UK Design Win group, we met several times
in Design Win training in the USA.
The UK Design Win team was demobbed about 4 years ago. The last remenants of the
team are leaving the company in the next week or so. I have just met a guy who
worked for Encore and has just been hired in as a Design Win technical sales
person. Additionally another couple of guys have been hired in as well.
So we are having another crack at the TOEM buisness and hiring in new people to
develop the business. Will wonders never cease. We seem to trying to resurect
the dead with new blood!

| I don't recognize the name but I would the face. The guy from Encore -
is his name Bob Hessinger?
I'm NOT doing TOEM business anymore, I mainly concentrate on Digital's
Distributors, Resellers, and VARS. It's about time we get back into
that business and recruit and increase our eroding install base.
Regards,
kam
