Can anyone tell me which line item(s) in the corporate annual report one would be interested in to determine the expenses associated with damages paid by DIGITAL in settlements of litigations, both in and out of court, and whether or not there's a legal means to obtain a detailed breakdown of this line item? Thankyou, -Jack

Look in the section called Consolidated Income Statement. There is a section named "Income before extraordinary loss" after this section it is titled "extraordinary loss". Extraordinary loss includes pension plan terminations, litigation settlements, etc. y | |||||
