Does there exist any action item tracking software that runs on VMS?

I'm looking for a system that accepts new entries easily, and can track
the "what/by whom/to whom/when" elements of an item, sending ticklers
when needed, and generating reports.

Ease of use is crucial to keep people using it.

Sure, somebody could write it in DCL, but does it exist already,
and does anybody use it?

	There is an excellent help desk software system from Target Systems that is used by our IM&T group in several locations. YOu might want to check it out if you are looking for a relatively "complete" system. CW
