       Got some calls from the shipment consolidation area in Westminster.
       Not much in the way of alternate surface carriers. They named quite
       a lot of carriers that are on strike. Consolidated Freight, our 
       main carrier is not available.
       
       So my shipments are sitting until we work out something with
       the customer.

    	.0	We have published a contingency plan whereby alternative
    		contracted surface carriers are available to carry 
    		shipments affected by this strike. Alternative modes
    		of transportation are also available, ie; UPS, Air Freight,
    		etc. All major shipping locations as well as field sites
    		have been made aware of these alternatives. Bottom line,
    		unless shipments are trapped in the striking carriers
    		network today, all of Digital's freight will be moving.
