| The 93 FY report is indeed online on the World Wide Web but
I'm not sure it is quite ready for public announcement.
Best to watch the Internet_tools notesfile for a pointer.

| At the prompt, enter 'SAVE' followed by return.
You will see 3 options- MAIL
DEC-ANSI
ORIGINAL
Pick one of them (I'm not sure which is the one that strips out the
cursor stuff... probably MAIL or DEC-ANSI).
Put your own filename over top of the one shown.
Answer 'Y' to CONT. PAGES question.
Go to OK and hit return. All will be saved to the file.

It doesn't seem to work for me
If I just type save my request is incorrect, if I hit PF1 5 (like I would to
get a license pak) it allows me to save the section I'm in and only that
section.
I'm not a heavy VTX user, any help would be appreciated.
thanks

Try SAVE/ALL filespec
That should save the whole document.

Sorry, my advice was for a newer version of VTX. The SAVE/ALL should do
the trick for your version.

| Well it doesnt seem to save all of it...
I get into vtx is. I select option 1 (inside front cover). I then type sav/all
annual_93.txt
I get the menu items and the inside cover info only.
I suppose I can pull all 18 items for 93. It occurs to me that if this is
typical of a customer's experience with VTX, it's no wonder we can't make
a profit...but that's fodder for another note.
thanks in advance

I don't know that much about building a VTX database but it seems that is the
way the IS people put it together. If you open the policies database, VTX
ORANGEBOOK, and get down to a section, you can SAVE/ALL and get the whole thing.

Looks like that's what you have to do. Their saving and printing help only
mentions "the screen of interest". Guess you can only save all when Next
--> is on the screen.
They have a feedback screen. Tell them about it.

| Dave, you're correct in the way the report is paginated, it can not
be saved with one command. However, how one report is paginated
internally has little to do with customer's experiences with VTX.
One might also be slightly concerned about the title of the
report on that page "Digial 1993 Annual Report", but again,
customers wouldn't see that either.
