    why is this note file soooooo slooooooww ???

    at this rate DECeeees will never know what is going on in DEC .

    please moderators, fix this note file and make it faster.

    i've seen people crawl out of bed faster than this note
    file response.

    and please move this note to the appropriate note if need be, 
    if i have to look for the right note to write this in i'll
    have spend 5 hours to find it because this note file is
    soooo slooooooow.

    i'd like to officially here thank the moderators of this note file
    for the improved performance of this note file and the faster
    response time it seems to have acquired as a by side effect
    of the upgrade they have accomplished in the prior days on this matter.

    although it is still not too fast, it is faster than it was
    few days ago when it was very slow.
