| The Digital Press imprint was sold to Butterworth-Heinemann
Publishers(BHP),
80 Montvale Avenue, Stoneham, Ma. 02180 on November 10, 1993. Under the
agreement terms Digital will continue to provide publishing
opportunities to BHP and the market through Digital's Liaison Manager,
Patti Anklam. Patti may be reached at DTN 226-2861 or via E-mail @LJO.
Digital Press products will continue to be marketed and sold by Digital
and are orderable through DecDirect. BHP is also marketing and selling
Digital Press books through their channels. A December 6, 1993 issue of
Digital News & Review had an excellent two page spread about Digital
Press new titles and the recently announced Digital - BHP transaction.
There was also a Livewire brief outlining the transaction as well as a
Press Release to the external world.
Authors with potentially marketable manuscripts or topics are
encouraged to work with Patti towards that end.

| The -DP suffix means that its from Digital Press - so I don't believe
you would find it in LOS. I'm not sure of the order procedures for
Digital Press today - call DECdirect???

| Anyone have Digital Part numbers for the following books?
"UNIX by example" by PK McBride
"Structured Program Design" by David Nicol
These books were listed in the new Digital Press catalog, but are not
the Digital part numbers.
