I'd like to ask a favour of the network community. Please could
somebody who has an AQS account please look up the following part
numbers on AQS and post the prices they give here:
DEMSA-KA
DEMSB-KA
QSF08-SZ
VTX PRICE may or may not be reflecting AQS at the moment and I'm
getting questions on it. I want to make sure AQS is right. I'm told
third hand it is but would like somebody to check for me. Please
post your answer here as well as mailing to prevent a million people
doing this for me.

In SMART I come up blank on the DEMSA-KA and DEMSB-KA. On the
QSF08-SZ, I get $11,000.

I have access to the Master Item File and can verify that
parts (DEMSA-KA,DEMSB-KA) do not exist as saleable or shippable parts.

Your DEMSA & DEMSB #'s are not valid part #'s. AQS pricing for the
QSF08-SZ is 11,000 Non Discountable with a 30 day lead time. If you
DEMSA-KA should be a DEMSA-HA (X.25 gateway 500), Standard price (with
on site warranty) is 8,356. Non Discountable, List price is 7,200. If
the DEMSB-KA should be a DEMSB-HA (X.25 gateway 100), Standard price is
4,162 Non discountable, List is 3,600. These have a 5 - 7 day lead
time.
Hope this helps. If these aren't the part#'s, re-post and I'll get
back to you or call me @DTN 360-3241...

OK. Thanks folks. Looks like VTX PRICE has indeed caught up with AQS
now (before today there were other things wrong). The problem is
elsewhere. The DEMS*-K* part numbers for some unknown reason haven't
made it to the master price file yet. And the QSF08-SZ price is wrong.
I'll go ask the product manager to bang a few heads in another department
so the master price file can get fixed.
