I'd like to ask a few questions for no reason in particular but just `askin. Now, suppose someone was told that their group was being transferred from, oh let's say Westminster, and they were going to, I don't know maybe Andover, if they had any questions about this Andover place like maybe (1) Is there a full service cafeteria out there (2) Does the DCU provide full time on site services (3) How many people is the building capable of supporting (4) Is it true that all roads leading into Andover were designed only for people with suicidal inclinations (5) Just where the heck is Andover (6) Is this another one of those little tiny places where you could throw a spitball from one end to the other, and so on and so on. Again, not asking for any reason in particular "JUST `ASKIN"

I have it on reliable authority that you can't get there from here anyway so what difference does it make?

To answer some of the questions asked in the base note: Question # 1 Yes # 2 Yes # 3 ??? I don't exactly know. Around 1100 to 1200 folks. # 4 We are accessible from Rt 93. about two exits south of Rt 495/Rt 93 interchange. I'd say it is a medium sized facility. Unless you've got a great arm, I doubt if you could throw anything from one end to the other. Mike (been here since it opened about five years ago.)

In case anyone hasn't figured this out yet, DAS on Dascomb Rd. is now the only DEC plant in Andover, so that is the one we are talking about. Is .0 hypothetical, or is a group really moving from WMO to DAS? If so, this is indeed a major change. Westminster is rurul and Andover is, for all prac- tical purposes, urban. Twice in the last 12 years, I have been informed that my group was moving to a new site. Both times, I didn't wait for managment to tell me the details. I took a trip on my own time and checked out the area thoroughly. Both times, we had several meetings in which people told us things like whether the site has a full-service caf. But that was 4-12 years ago; don't count on management being well organized enough now to supply all the info you need.

re -.1 Hypothetical ??? Well the moving trucks haven't arrived to move them in yet....And Hypothetically a part of DAS may be moving to NIO BUT again no moving vans as of yet. I guess it's a wait and see type of deal. I am currently employed at the DAS facility and am one of the possible movees to NIO. As reply .1 said we do have a full-service cafe and DCU on site. The only thing constant is change. And the only thing you can really be sure of is death and taxes, I guess.
