When all the official paths break down.. turn to Notes. A lady in Moscow has been trying to get copies of this literature but so far without any luck. The standard literature order channels do not recognise the description or the part number. It has now become a bit of a challenge. Does the readship know of this and if possible where to obtain it? Consider it as part of the aid package for Boris.
