    Due in part to both availability and physical proximity, I'm getting
    involved with a potential customer who was awarded a contract
    to propose traffic management solutions, i.e. signal light control,
    ramp metering on freeways, electronic metering of toll roads,
    driver notification systems, etc.
    
    I'd like to converse with this customer in terms of the problem
    instead of just tossing SPD's at them.
    
    I'd appreciate any pointers to any of the following:
    
    	A better place to post this note
    
    	Existing notes conferences or other on-line info relating
    	to traffic management
    
    	Groups or individuals with past experience in traffic management
    
    The customer will be prime, but I want the platform they recommend
    to consist of Digital products.
