I am not sure if this is the right place for this but maybe someone can help.

I am researching a problem and am hoping someone that reads this conference
will be able to help me.

I am not positive that the customer was the Dutch PTT but I believe it was.

Back in 1990 after upgrading to 6000's they were having performance
problems relating to SMG. 

Can someone give me a name for someone (technical) that is still with
the company that works in this account and might have some knowledge of this 
problem.

    Can't provide you with a technical name, but a person who could give
    you the name of the sales person in the Netherlands would be Nancy
    Charest @AKO.  Nancy works with the Dutch PTT when they are here for
    U.S. presentations so she should be a good connect point for you.
