    I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all those that I have
    recently come in contact with for their support, positive attitude,
    graciousness, and patience.  In these times of "more with less" I've
    noticed more team effort than I have ever experienced in my 11 years
    with Digital.
    
    I don't think this change is attributed to the "cover your hiney if you
    want to keep your job" phenomena.  I think it just boils down to the
    fact that after years of "rightsizing", those that are left are truly
    the great ones.  That doesn't mean that I think all those that were
    transitioned weren't.  Unfortunately, IMHO, those that were your
    typical 1 or 2 performers that were transitioned, were in the wrong 
    place at the wrong time (depending on your outlook).
    
    Here's hoping we can all last through these very painful transitions
    and carry Digital on to be "THE BEST".
