    	Again and again, we are seeing how our flexibility to react in
    manufacturing, sales, field, etc. has been reduced.   We have to
    accept that we needed the changes (five year ago !).   However, we
    must not go creazy !   Some of the TFSO that we are seeing really
    doesn't make a lot of sense.   Either we are too negative or our
    leaders are not sharing the total picture.    So, we will remember
    those leaders that "teamwork" is needed in times of trouble, NO ONE
    can do it on their own.   Can we see the light together ?
