I hate to bring up this subject again. However, is anyone out there know when the next wave of laid-off will be. I have heard that it will start today November 2nd, the day before Election Day. Anyway, if it does happens to you, please let me know your location and the number of fatalities. Thanks,

There won't be any, and there haven't been any layoffs at DEC. A layoff, as my manager took pains to explain, means that the people affected are on a list to be rehired should work pick up again. DEC's not doing that. Be that as it may, I really don't think we need yet another note on the subject of "involuntary separations" and have write-locked this one. Steve - co-moderator | |||||
