2112.0. "Contact needed for Digital "Payee Phone" system" by FAUXPA::NEWMAN (VMS W/S & Server Base Prod Mkt) Thu Sep 17 1992 07:10

Does anyone happen to have either a phone number or E-mail address to
contact the new Digital "Payee Phone" system people? I have some
    questions that I need answered.

I had just the opposite scream: "WHY COULDN'T THEY USE MY EXISTING
    PIN#!"

What I don't need is another pin...

Is your DCU pin the same as your stock plan pin?

The payee stuff I got had my stock plan pin and most
    certainly not my DCU pin.

The "payee phone" PIN appears to be derived from your social security number
in the same manner as the stock phone PIN. (the SAVE phone PIN was also
derived from the SSN, but differently.) DCU's system seems to be separate
and, I think, uses your ATM card PIN.
