I have a neighbor who is a licensed electrician who has been out of work 
for over year.  He's just starting his own contracting company with a 
few other out-of-work electricians and is looking for information on how 
to get onto DEC's bid list so that he can bid on jobs that the 
various facilities send out.  

If anyone has information on who he should contact and what information 
is required (e.g. license #) please send me E-mail @ LUNER::GRAHAM
