mods might call your system manager and have your account disuserd.

| Was he given a package...or just laid off? We had our lay-offs moved
out a week. Based on nothing but a feeling....I thought maybe it was
because they weren't going to offer a package. Morale won't be so bad
if we were not kept in the dark.

| There is a note from Alan at 1948.475. In it he talks about why he
didn't take SERP and some other things. I suspect that he either heard
from a moderator or decided on his own what he could or could not say.
FWIW, if someone wants a quick opinion from a moderator of a conference
the SEND/MOD command to send them all mail is a lot better way then
posting a note in the conference.

| I called Alan after reading this note. When he told me what he wanted
to say, I told him that what he wanted to say would violate the P&P
against using NOTES for personal financial gain.
I had hoped he would have deleted this topic before he left, but he
didn't and I was out of the office for most of the day today, so I just
discovered that the topic was still here.
