	When I was working at Compugraphic we were expecting a layoff. When I got
in one day all the systems that were used for NOTES were shutdown !!! If I 
remember it was something like the start of a fiscal year (July 1) !!!

	Depends on the error you're getting. It's at PEAR::SOAPBOX and I hear
	it's pretty available most of the time.

    SOAPBOX doesn't have access problems usually. If you have difficulty,
    mail the host moderator, John (VAXWRK::) Harney.
    
    I wouldn't count on node SIMON:: being around much longer.

Really, folks.  Schedule a real upgrade to assist in the performance of HUMANE
and people get suspicious.  I wonder what would have happened if we scheduled
this for April 1?

Next time I'll just disconnect the thickwire cable... ;�)

We are upgrading the following software:

				Old		New

	DECwindows Motif	V1.0A		V1.1

We are also adding a KFQSA to the BA123 box and an RF71 disk in a BA215 box.
The notes conference will be moved from an existing RD54 to the RF71.

We thought we'd upgrade the VT220 console terminal to a VT340 but figured that
was overdoing it.

Now if those who doubt would like to assist in the upgrade, be here at 9:00.

One item Paul left out is that some time ago we added
a battery backup unit to HUMANE to keep the system up
and running as much as possible during the severe
New England thunderstorms...
