I am doing a project for  dissertation for the award for M.Sc.
My subject is "Total Quality Management". 

Is there a conference on TQM? 

I will appreciate  assistance on the above subject.

           Isn't that an oxymoron?  To be Total means it's
           across-the-board, right?  I don't even know if there's any
           QM... or any M for that matter... maybe just T, huh?
