| Actually, I prefer the rumor that we're being bought out by Sears
and all moving to the local malls, selling the DEC plants as condos.
But then again, ZKO would sit on the market for a couple of years with
the rest of the condos in Nashua.

The VAX from Sears costs alot less. But, DIGITAL won't provide service
for it.

| OK, how about Nintendo buying out DEC?
Then we could have a new operating system, Super Mario VMS. The only problem
is that any 8-year-old can break all the security, and no adult has gotten
beyond the login screen.

| But no 5-year-old would have the attention span to wait for VMS to boot
on their Nintendo system...and then the autoconfiguration and editing
their site-specific startup file, forget it.
By the way, if Sears takes over and markets VAX, we'll have to do
something about their "VAX sucks" slogan.

| I was hoping someone else would see that's
about to happen. On Sunday the 6th DEC
buys CNN and another major cable network.
Then DEC will sell computer services via cable,
world wide.
That should make the stock do something.
