    Hi,
    	
    	I needed some information for a project in my MBA program.
    
    	I am trying to do a project on "SOFTWARE CONTRACTING". I am
    	interested in following information:
    	
    	o The contracts written between the company (like DIGITAL),
    	  the Agency (like an external Contracting company) and the
    	  employee doing the work.  (I need the hard copies of the
    	  contracts between these bodies.  You can remove the name
    	  of the person in the contract if it is confidential)
    
    	o I would like to know the DIGITAL Contact person for Contracting
    	  purposes so that I can get other information on how they decide
    	  on the agencies, what information they give to the agencies to
    	  get the software people, etc.
    
    	o Does anyone of you have friend/relative running Contract Agency
    	  company. If so, can I get their contact numbers to talk to them.
    
    	o Other publications/journals/etc that will help me in finding
    	  out the steps involved in doing this from three perspectives,
    	  Agency (how do they contact Clients), Clients (How do they
    	  give contract to the Agencies), and Contracters (Who do they
    	  contact and what do they sign and their negotiations)
