    The discussion previously in this topic, on "Doubling up", has
    been deleted due to the realization that the base note violated
    Digital Personnel policy 6.54 by including the text of a mail message
    without consent of the author and with the author's name removed.
    
    Normally, I would attempt to remove only the offending material,
    but as it was extensively quoted and commented upon in the discussion,
    there seemed little choice but to remove the note and all replies.
    
    Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.
