              Job fair to be held by Technical Consulting Center 
  
                           Thursday, July 25, 1991
                     Merrimack, NH - Wellington Conf. Rm.
                            3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  
  The Technical Consulting Center (TCC) of the Direct Marketing Organization 
  is starting up a PC Telesales Unit.  The TCC is a teleselling partner to 
  Field Sales who closes sales primarily through Direct Channels, generates 
  sales leads, and provides technical information and configuration 
  assistance. It is involved in Direct Marketing campaigns from development 
  through implementation and measurement. It currently receives approx. 1200 
  inbound calls and makes approx. 2000 outbound calls per day.  This volume is 
  growing. The TCC plays a critical role in the implementation of Digital's 
  Direct Marketing strategy and is a high investment area for the corporation.

  People who are knowledgeable on PC products, software and services are 
  being sought.  These individuals will have direct customer contact by phone, 
  determine their needs, present solutions and close sales orders on PC 
  software, hardware and services.  Excellent communication skills are a must. 
  Sales skills are highly desirable and order administration experience is a 
  plus.
  
  There are both Compressed Work Week (Four 10 hour work days) and Regular 
  Work Week positions available. The Job Codes are 48C4 and 48C1.  These sales 
  coded positions carry budget (revenue) responsibilities.
  
  The job fair will include presentations on the organization, the work, time 
  for questions and answers and brief interviews. To pre-register call Judy
