I'm looking for some background information on our relationship with Trilogy. When did we first invest in Trilogy, how much money did we invest, what % of a stake in Trilogy did this get us, and what happened to Trilogy and its technology and people. Thanks, Gary

See topic 178. There's a lot of Trlogy information there. Believe it or not I found it using DIR/KEY=ACQUISITION. I knew that adding all those keywords would prove useful one day. :-) Alfred

Trilogy is now the Cupertino plant that is making the MCU packaging for the 9000 series .

Re: .1 Thanks, I didn't think of looking under "Acquisitions". 178 didn't answer too many of my questions, however, so if anyone knows what % of Trilogy we bought, for how much money, and when, I'd still appreciate an answer. -gary

If memory serves, we invested $26 million in '82 or '83.There were other investors as I recall, and what happened to them when Trilogy went under I do not know, but we kept the people and the facility. Hope that helps, Brian |
