I found out yesterday that Vanguard is planning to fold the Vanguard High Yield 
fund into the Windsor fund. Vanguard High Yield has performed poorly over the 
last few years so Vanguard is going to try to fold it into Windsor.

I just called Vanguard and was told that the shareholders in BOTH funds must 
vote to approve this and that DEC would be receiving the proxy to send to us
within a month or so. This is the first vote that Windsor has had, or so I have 
been told, since we have had SAVE at DEC.

Who do we contact at DEC to make sure that DEC sends us the proxies?

I guess that this topic could be used as a place to discuss whether one should 
vote for such a merger as it directly affects our SAVE investments.
