What experience do you have with out-sourcing mail, shipping/receiving, and duplicating? The company that's been selected for New York is Ameriscribe. The New York sales office is rather large, I'd estimate that we have 400-600 employees in our 4 floors. Has any other office tried this?

THe Sydney Office (Australia) had all of it's volume copying done by an external organization, and as I understand it, all of the mail room people lost their jobs in the last purge, so I can only assume, that they are contracting the mail room services. I think it would tend to improve the quality. q | |||||

BTW, Pat, I think the outsourcing is supposed to provide better service (long hours, the new copying service, etc.) and cost our facility $100K less per year. I'm glad to see facilities take the bull by the horns to make a positive change. /petes |
