      Through my activities with the recycling committee in my town
    I learned that there is a small paper mill in New Hampshire 
    which produces paper products made exclusively from recycled
    paper.  I also learned that the MRO facility where I reside 
    recently agreed to purchase paper towels and toilet tissue 
    made from recycled paper from Fort Howard Paper Co.  
    
      The little paper mill in New Hampshire would like a chance
    to bid for Digital's business in paper products.  I suspect 
    that each cluster of DEC facilities buys institutional paper
    to fit their own needs.  If anyone could provide contacts at
    any of the New Hampshire or Massachusetts sites through which
    this mill could then make its sales pitch, I thank you in 
    advance.
