    Digital History Lecture to focus on Computer Graphics
    +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    The beginnings of computer graphics will be the topic of the second
    lecture of Digital's history lecture series on Wednesday, June 6,
    1990, in the MRO4 Amphitheatre, Marlboro, MA. Jack Gilmore of Digital's
    Business and Office Systems Engineering Group will trace the evolution
    of computer graphics on Lincoln Laboratory's TX-0 (1957) and Digital's
    first computer, the PDP-1 (1960.) Jack will draw from his experience as
    a programmer on these computers and his forty years in the computer
    industry.

    All employees are invited to attend; no reservations are necessary. If
    you would like to be added to the mailing list to receive more
    information about Digital's history program or its lecture series,
    please contact Jamie Pearson at DUGGAN::PEARSON or @MRO.

    Why not post information on future lectures here? with pointers from
    VTX? Between those two methods of communication most everyone should
    be reached and you wouldn't have to maintain a cumbersome mailing list
    at a time when so many of us are re-locating.
