standards. This does not appear to be a particularly relevant topic

| As Alfred indicated in .1, this is not really an appropriate topic
for this conference. People interested in the philosophical or
metaphysical aspects of product "newness" could probably discuss
it in NODEMO::MARKETING, and anyone wishing to point the topic
author to an authoritative definition can do so by MAIL.
